Premium, upscale, best-in-class seafood and steakhouse in Northern Palm Beach County is looking for an experienced, passionate, and positive General Manager to lead an established front of house team.
This restaurant features prime steaks, seafood, elevated cocktails and a premium wine list created by a leading and established regional hospitality group with locations in Florida and several other states. The restaurant has won several awards and “best of” recognitions including a wine spectator award. The culinary team is strong, professional, and ready for a dynamic leader to drive the busy season and beyond. Restaurant volume trending up and will be extremely busy in season.
We're looking for a highly motivated, guest-focused General Manager who will thrive in a leadership position building relationships with our affluent and well-educated guests. Direct communication and access with the CEO of the company allows for the opportunity to create events, specialty dinners, and help drive the brand in the local community. The restaurant is beautifully designed with patios, semi-private dining spaces, and opportunities for large parties and events.

Base Salary - $85,000-$95,000 annually based on experience plus monthly bonus. Review after 120 days with potential increase in base salary.
