Job Summary
We are searching for a GM for a successful Italian Restaurant & Retail Group. We’re seeking ambitious, results-oriented, passionate leaders. Candidates must have several years’ experience as a General Manager. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, food and beverage, guest service, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities of the Job:
- Be an effective leader to ensure the unit achieve their sales, cost, staffing and service goals.
- Understand the details of the operation, including all operating standards, food and beverage standards, and service standards. Quickly recognize when a standard is not being met, and teach managers how to improve.
- Enforce policies and procedures.
- Develop & Mentor First Class Customer Service.
- Coach General Managers on how to proactively problem-solve
- Direct organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to functional strategic thinking and direction.
- Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective directing, coaching, supporting, delegating and mentoring skills.
- Ability to promote accountability and manage field personnel with varying skills sets.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities and take initiative to translate analysis into action.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate future business needs.
- Effective time management and prioritization.
- Ability to adapt to and lead in a rapidly changing business environment.
- High level of integrity and honesty.
