• Experience managing a team of up to 10 direct reports.
• Knowledge of fulfillment in ecommerce preferred. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Oversee the daily sales & operations of our company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and achieve financial goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales, service, and administrative professionals.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions.
• Manage inventory, including purchasing, pricing, and ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements.
• Drive marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
