Seeking experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead a group of technicians. this is an field position. Ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, minimum of 5 years in the industry.
Must be able to:
- Type
- Communicate professionally with customers and technicians both verbal and written.
- Use Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Etc.....
- Multi-task
- Manage on call rotation for 1 week at a time every 7 weeks
- Understand and utilize dispatching software.
- Manage open calls and expedite completion of work.
- Coordinate cranes, parts, equipment for small to medium projects.
- Responsible for managing the day to day activities of Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration service work.
- Responsible for the profitability of the assigned region.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction of the assigned area.
- Manage, train, and develop dispatchers and technicians.
