We are seeking an experienced and motivated Traveling HVAC Technician Manager to lead our team of HVAC technicians while managing installations, maintenance, and repairs across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to travel frequently. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise, mentor, and train a team of HVAC technicians.
- Assign tasks and schedule work for team members based on project needs and technician expertise.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC system issues in the field.
- Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends.

- Coordinate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide technical guidance.
- Develop project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, to ensure timely completion of HVAC projects.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during implementation.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and quality service delivery.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, including any issues or recommendations.

- Travel to various locations across the country to manage HVAC projects and support technicians.
- Organize travel arrangements and manage logistics to ensure efficient and timely project execution.

- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct safety training and ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., EPA) preferred.
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and solve complex technical problems.
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to various work environments.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
