What We Need from You:
- Deliver professionalism, communication, and integrity to customers
- Lead a team and manage team communication, ensuring all parties are aware of
needed information
- Manage Supervisors, Technicians and assess training needs by selecting training
programs for team members
- Participate in the hiring, training, and coaching of field staff
- Maintain vehicle stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment.
Qualifications:
- Universal EPA certification.
- Previous experience in service management roles.
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for documentation via iPad/cell phone.
- Minimum of 5+ years of field experience in commercial HVAC systems;
refrigeration experience is a must.
Helios determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic
markets. The base salary for this position is $95k. Pay is based on several factors
including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. and frequently move heavy objects.
- Comfort working in extreme temperatures and tight spaces, including attics,
basements, and crawl spaces.
- Strong balance and coordination for climbing ladders and working at heights of
45 feet or higher.
- Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods.
- Dexterity for tasks such as connecting electrical components and making precise
measurements.
