In this role, you’ll lead HVAC Service Technician operations at our branch, focusing on strategy development, implementation, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop service staff. Manage scheduling, performance evaluations, and work assignments.
- Optimize Operations: Streamline workload and service scheduling for enhanced profitability.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer issues promptly, including conducting site surveys when necessary.
- Budget Oversight: Create and manage departmental budgets.
- Material Coordination: Ensure timely procurement and distribution of materials and equipment.
- Reporting & Record Keeping: Generate operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Payroll Review: Ensure accuracy in technician compensation.
- Facility Oversight: Supervise the maintenance of facilities and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6-8 years in the service industry is required, with HVAC experience essential.
- Management Skills: Proven track record in a management role.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required for company vehicle use.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, computer, and mathematical skills.
