Role Overview:
As an HVAC Service Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our clients service department, manage a team of technicians, and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
•
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor HVAC technicians, setting performance standards and fostering a positive work environment.

Operational Management: Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and resource management. Implement and refine processes to enhance efficiency.
•
Customer Service: Handle complex customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Address and resolve escalated concerns effectively.
•
Technical Oversight: Provide support and guidance on complex HVAC issues, ensuring high-quality technical solutions and service.

Financial Management: Manage departmental budgets and performance metrics. Develop strategies to control costs and drive revenue growth.

Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize development programs for the team. Promote continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications:
•
Proven experience as an HVAC technician with in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and technologies.
•
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred, but strong leadership potential is key.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
•
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
•
Proficiency with HVAC service tools and software.
•
Valid HVAC certification and driver’s license.
