ABOUT THIS DISPATCH ROLE
As an HVAC Dispatcher - Scheduler, you start your day by reviewing service requests and coordinating with our skilled technicians to ensure timely and efficient service. Highly organized and efficient, you handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and dispatch technicians to residential and commercial locations.
You consistently keep our scheduling system updated and inform customers every step of the way. Your excellent communication skills shine as you interact with clients, addressing their concerns and providing updates on service timelines. By the end of the day, you have played a crucial role in delivering exceptional HVAC services and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC DISPATCHER - SCHEDULER
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience working in an office setting with a minimum of 20% of daily duties assisting customers over the phone
- General computer competency, including at least one year of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work overtime with little notice (occasional weekend hours may be required)
