* Basic MS office required and the ability to manage multiple routing and customer service programs throughout the work day.
* Skilled communicator who is focused on customer satisfaction and reliable
* Able to see a problem and process through it even if that means asking for help, thinking outside the box, and always being prepared.
* Must have the ability and willingness to get out of the office on occasion. We need you to know our customers well and that means having in person experience of their facilities, assets, needs and our services.
* Building routes for our commercial drivers as service requests come in from customers.
* Communicating with customers throughout the workday as needed.
* Communicating with drivers, and customers to ensure necessary route changes are always communicated well out of respect to the driver and the customer.
* Daily data check and entry for routing, expenses, and driver production.
* Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss goals, wins and losses, while always looking to work toward goals and solutions.
