The Sr. Manager, Residential Sales Performance is responsible for supporting Residential Sales Managers across the TurnPoint network. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness of residential sales managers across a network of branches. They are responsible for providing guidance on revenue systems, training, and support to ensure sales managers achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional results. This role involves collaborating with General Managers (GMs), interacting with company executives and cross functional teams, being a champion of Sales Performance Improvement Initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous development.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver to brands formal development plans for revenue attainment of assigned sales roles.
- Execute performance monitoring initiatives to enhance sales manager effectiveness.
- Provide training and coaching to Sales Managers to improve their skills and performance.
- Assist in the interviewing and hiring process for Sales Managers.
- Ensure all sales managers are trained in the TP Way and TP Sales Process effectively.
- Support Performance OP’s Brands and ensure the Sales team utilizes the Playbook.
- Support technology research and enhancements that will improve sales performance.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a residential sales environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Confident, self-starter who can work both independently and with a team, be self-motivated and inspire the same in a team
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Proficiency in sales training and coaching techniques.
- Knowledge of the TP Way and TP Sales Process (preferred).
- Familiarity with technology enhancements for sales performance improvement.
- Influential skills to move teams into a common direction with common vision.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
