Position: Regional Sales Manager (HVAC/Plumbing)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Pay: $100,000 to $110,000/year
Experience: 5 years of proven direct sales experience in the plumbing products industry
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred

Greene Resources is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Engage with customers by actively listening and addressing their questions and concerns in advance.
- Manage existing accounts, process sales orders, and create new business opportunities.
- Offer tailored sales and marketing solutions through analysis of market trends, customer needs, and industry dynamics.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations for both current and prospective clients.
- Contribute to sales meetings and trade shows to enhance visibility and growth.
- Plan and organize daily tasks using a structured call scheduling system.
- Generate leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assess performance outcomes and stay updated on competitive activity.
- Submit sales forecasts regularly and carry out competitive analyses.
- Collect and analyze market data on competitor pricing, products, services, and merchandising techniques.
- Handle any additional duties as required or assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Problem-solving and sales negotiation skills are a must.
- General knowledge of major competitive brands.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with sales planning, budgeting, and T&E expense management.
- Solid time management and prioritization skills.
