Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Person to lead our team in delivering exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning sales and service. We are seeking only experienced candidates with HVAC experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing daily technical guidance to staff. This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of HVAC systems and sales processes. We work heavily with all major brands of commercial HVAC systems, to include Laars. Daily use of computer and email communication is required.
Duties
- Assist with coordinating the activities of HVAC technicians and support staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage territory assignments and oversee B2B relationships to enhance service delivery.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and improving customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on technical skills, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to develop strategies for increasing retail sales within the HVAC sector.
Experience
- Proven experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, or repair is essential.
- Prior sales/service experience in a related field is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
