Air Flows Chicago is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and efficient professional. We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our HVAC Maintenance company and manage our field operations with precision and professionalism.
Service Manager will oversee a team of technicians for residential and commercial accounts. Experience in the HVAC field is preferred. Service Manager will be trained in all facets of our company. With on-site training, the Service Manager will learn the technical aspects of all of our services and will be able to effectively communicate and understand the process, as well as be able to recommend other services offered by Air Flows Chicago.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute daily jobs utilizing the necessary labor, equipment, and tools to effectively perform the scope of daily work.
- Delegate and provide hands-on training while making sure sales goals are met.
- Maintain and build customer relationships.
- Manage and train new technicians.
- Monitor daily progress for all projects.
- “Other duties as required”
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Good Driving Record
- Must remain informed of current industry knowledge
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relations with fellow associates
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must frequently lift and/or move fifty pounds or greater
- Ability to use power tools and climb ladders
- Ability to work in tight spaces including crawl spaces and attics

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
