Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of facilities management, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires expertise in HVAC systems, electrical maintenance, construction & installation and project management to enhance the overall functionality of our operations.
Duties
- Manage and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and repair various systems including HVAC, electrical systems, and low voltage equipment.
- Utilize schematics to diagnose issues and plan maintenance activities effectively.
- Oversee the use of logic controllers in automated systems to optimize performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
- Manage projects related to facility upgrades or repairs & construction and installation and ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role with a strong emphasis on leadership.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings related to electrical systems and HVAC.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in facility management.
- Strong knowledge of low voltage systems and electrical maintenance practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to use tools such as an ohmmeter for troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Experience in construction and installation of equipment and production lines
