Job Title: Maintenance Program Manager
Reports To: Director, Operations
Summary:
The Maintenance Program Manager (MPM) is responsible for overseeing the preventative and predictive maintenance of plant machinery, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment. Working closely with Facility Managers, the MPM ensures that the data center properties operate at peak efficiency and sustainability. This role is critical in maintaining 100% uptime by managing building systems, critical facilities equipment, and support infrastructure, including BMS, fire/life safety, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Coordination: Work with Facility Managers and Site Directors to schedule maintenance and project work.
- Preventative Maintenance Oversight: Develop, manage, and maintain the facility’s preventative maintenance calendar and oversee all notifications for scheduled maintenance.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Establish and enforce contracts for MEP infrastructure, ensuring vendors adhere to agreements.
- Equipment Monitoring & Reporting: Review vendor reports and inspection records, identifying issues and providing documentation to Facility Managers.
- Operational Leadership: Facilitate mechanical and electrical operations, maintenance, and energy management programs for critical facilities.
- Change Control & Compliance: Oversee change requests, MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Audit & Budgeting Support: Assist with internal and client audits, documentation preparation, and forecasting OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams for sales tours, customer fit-outs, sustainability initiatives, safety programs, and capital projects.
- Team Development & Leadership: Mentor operations personnel and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong experience in maintenance program management, data center operations, or critical facilities.
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Experience with BMS, fire/life safety, and energy management programs.
- Ability to evaluate and optimize building systems for peak efficiency.
- Skilled in vendor management, contract enforcement, and compliance.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
