Gas Service Technician Full-Time
$60,000-$100,000+ per year
Patriot Heating & Cooling is looking for a full-time Gas Service Technician. We have been a family owned and operated, full-service company for more than 40 years and we are looking to expand our Team. Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on gas-fired heating systems, gas appliances, and associated equipment
Efficiently and accurately troubleshoot and diagnose non-operating systems
Repair equipment issues using technical manuals and other resources
Create invoices for customers, collect signatures and payments for all service work
Communicate with customers about safety issues and recommended maintenance
Assist with installations and start-ups of newly installed gas equipment and mechanical systems
Communicate with the Service Coordinator about any issues or problems that may arise
Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the service vehicle
Maintain company service vehicle including frequent interior and exterior cleaning, refueling, reporting any mechanical issues, and ensuring that they are corrected
Follow company policies and procedures with safety as the priority

Requirements:
NH Gas Fitters License
Strong knowledge of gas appliances, gas systems, and related piping
Knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
Have and maintain a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Strong customer service skills and a Team Player with a professional attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $50.00 per hour
