Most of our locations are in southern New Hampshire, and we’re proud to call Derry, NH our headquarters. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team and help keep our facilities running smoothly.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a full-time Experienced Handyman to provide maintenance, repairs, and improvements across our locations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our shops and offices are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
- Work on facility improvement projects, including painting, minor renovations, and installations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various locations.
- Ensure tools, materials, and workspaces are organized and well-maintained.
- Communicate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services when required.
- Travel between locations to provide onsite support (mileage reimbursement provided).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role.
- Strong skills in general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility to travel between locations as needed (within NH, MA, and ME).
