We are seeking sheet metal installers for the small projects division of our service department. The function of an installer is to aid in the installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems in newly built/renovated projects. A focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and total customer satisfaction is required. A candidate for this position must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and be able to work full-time in all year-round weather conditions.
Job Description/Duties:
- Installation of HVAC systems and duct work
- Aid in the installation of refrigeration systems
- Installation of various metal products related to the industry
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced team environment
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have set of basic hand tools
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SMACMA Construction Standards
- Aerial boom and scissor lift training
- Basic Rigger’s Certification

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift & carry 50 pounds
- Prolonged periods of standing/walking
- Often squatting, reaching and working overhead
- Work at varying heights while on a ladder
- Ability to work in all indoor and outdoor climates year-round

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
