About You:
- You need to have at least one year of experience as an SDR.
- You need to have at least one year of experience with Cold Email & Cold Calling.
- You need to be familiar with Cold Email software tools like Apollo, Instantly, SmartLead, etc.
- You need to be familiar with Cold Calling power dialing tools like AirCall, Convoso, JustCall, etc.
- You need to be confident in managing over 800 emails daily.
- You need to be confident in making 100 cold calls daily.
- You need to be detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy.
- You need to understand sales copywriting and be able to write effective sales copy.
- You need to be driven & be able to work both supervised and independently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Send and manage daily cold outreach campaigns via email, telephone and LinkedIn.
- Ensure high deliverability for successful outreach.
- Use tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and SmartLead to send and manage emails
- Use power dialers like AirCall, Convonso, and JustCall to quickly cold call target prospects
- Create follow-up strategies to convert leads.
- Track and report key performance metrics.
