OverviewA Small central Texas, fast casual brand with a long operating history is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Multi-Unit Brand Leader to oversee the operations and development of the Brand.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales, process improvement, and strategic planning. Successful brand leadership experience in entrepreneurial environments is preferred. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day operations while driving business development initiatives to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise multiple units, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful execution of initiatives across all locations.
- Build strong relationships with team members, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance their professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development efforts and expand market presence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all units.
Experience
- Proven experience in a Leadership role overseeing multiple locations or units is essential.
- Strong background in sales management, with the ability to drive revenue growth through effective strategies.
- Brand development experience preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies and project management principles.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
- Ability to analyze financial data, including profit loss statements, to inform decision-making processes.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution within a multi-unit environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
