We are looking for a Detail-oriented Electrical Panel Shop Technician with experience in assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels. Proficient in interpreting blueprints and schematics, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and contributing to team success in fast-paced environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assemble, terminate, and wire electrical panels and electrical boxes using the specified tooling and approved workmanship standards, including complete installation into enclosure.
- Perform point to point wiring on a variety of electrical panels and power distribution electrical boxes; using company supplied hand tools, such as crimpers and wire strippers.
- Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions.
- Position, align, or adjust work pieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly.
- The primary focus will be spent wiring panels therefore it is imperative that candidate be proficient at wiring.
- Layout of components in various size cabinets.

- Incumbents will consistently utilize written and verbal communication skills including active listening, speaking, reach and grasp objects.
- Incumbents will regularly; experience periods of prolonged sitting, standing, walking, travel/drive a vehicle, and lift objects up to 25 lbs.
- Incumbents will occasionally lift objects up to 50 lbs.
- This position requires the incumbent to operate office equipment such as computers, telephones, fax machines and copiers. This position would also require at times the ability to operate a forklift. Onsite training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
