Vector is a , Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical company growing quickly in the Twin Cities. We handle large commercial accounts along with residential service calls and installations. Immediate opening for up to 2 full-time technician(s) to be added to the team. The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience
Duties include:
- Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
- Uses technical abilities to maintain systems.
- Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Must have great communication skills and have either an Android phone.
- Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
- Flexibility to work overtime, on-call and weekends required (On a rotating schedule)
Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent; HVAC Trade school graduate preferred 1+ years in mechanical support role, hands on HVAC experience required
- Qualifications
- Journeyman electrical license in the State of Minnesota
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to identify a problem and deal with it critically
- Strong mechanical, analytical, and solution driven skills
- Ability to schedule and balance priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication ability
- Must be able to use basic tools and machinery
- Experience with 3 phase, 480 volt, 24 volt dc control systems, and wearing proper PPE
- Experience in commercial/industrial automation, PLC programming/controls, and system networking
- Able to work later hours (after normal production) including some nights and weekends as needed (Required)
- Electrical Journeyman's License (Required)

Pay: $44.00 - $49.00 per hour
