iSolar is Looking for a Lead Residential Electrician in the Twin Cities Area. We are looking for someone who has previous experience with EV Chargers, Panel Upgrades, Service Upgrades, Solar Installs and is capable of leading a team with Residential and Commercial Projects. We are looking for Electricians who are dependable and can prevent call backs and rework from inspectors and are able to manage inventory, prep and plan for upcoming Jobs. Someone who can communicate effectively with Customers, Field Employees and Office Employees. Need people who can accurately assess how much time a job should take.

- Electrician needs to be seasoned card holders
- Have great organizational skills
- Be punctual to all scheduled jobs or service calls
- Work well with others
- Be able to talk to Customers about their projects and identify other issues within customers homes.
- Have good written and verbal communication
- Required to host all jurisdiction electrical inspections on performed work and be able to communicate with inspectors
- Be able to work and coordinate with utility companies and workers as needed
- Troubleshoot any electrical issues that may arise from performed work
- Need to have the ability to oversee and train apprentice electricians
- Ability to interpret Code from the NEC 2023 Code Book
- Most importantly ensure a good experience for the customer

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
