Inside Sales Manager
Controlled Holdings, an industry disrupter in the market of HVAC controls, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our dynamic team! You'll play a critical role in leading the strategic development of our inside sales team for the iO Division. This is a hybrid position with a few days a week in office.

Details, Details:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to design and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to meet and exceed company objectives.
- Team Development: Lead staffing, training, and performance evaluations to nurture a high-performing, collaborative sales and marketing team.
- Sales Enablement: Provide training for team members to enhance product understanding and customer satisfaction.
- CRM Oversight: Actively manage and audit the company CRM to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer history, and sales activity.
- Performance Management: Host weekly KPI meetings with the inside sales team to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales performance against established benchmarks and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Growth Initiatives: Support expansion efforts through sales forecasting, performance goal setting, and market analysis.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate by addressing concerns, delivering solutions, and building long-term relationships.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare periodic sales reports detailing sales volume, potential opportunities, and areas for client base growth.
What You Bring to the Team
We’re looking for someone who is passionate, resourceful, and energized by challenges. Specifically, you’ll have:
- Leadership Experience: At least 1-2 years of sales management experience, preferably in the HVAC or electrical engineering industries.
- Mentorship Skills: Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a multi-generational sales team.

- Technical Acumen: A consultative mindset with the technical or mechanical aptitude to relate to our customers.
