Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restoration Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restoration company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restoration industry, with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial role specific to restoration and reconstruction, including expertise in insurance restoration. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage diverse teams, including mitigation, contents management, and reconstruction departments, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of business operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee and approve budgets and estimates, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Supervise staff to enhance team performance and meet deadlines.
- Ensure optimal staffing levels during peak times.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance overall performance.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
**Requirements**
- 4 years of proven experience as a General Manager in a similar role within the restoration industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing industry knowledge and customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in Xactimate is required.
- Familiarity with Dash and Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
