The Maintenance Technician is responsible for:
- Ensures excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants
- Assists in Make ready vacant turns (general maintenance, painting, cleaning, etc)
- Assist and responds quickly to work order requests from residents
- Ensures that all exterior lighting is operable and change when necessary
- Helps in maintaining pool, clubhouse and fitness area
- Responds to on-call pager when on rotating schedule
- Assists maintenance Team in ensuring the property meets all safety standards and properly maintained
- Works with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to provide an excellent community for our residents
Job Requirements:
- HVAC certified is preferred
- General Maintenance ,plumbing and grounds keeping
- Own tools & transportation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Property maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- HVAC Certification (Preferred)
