The Maintenance Technician is responsible for:

Ensures excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants
Assists in Make ready vacant turns (general maintenance, painting, cleaning, etc)
Assist and responds quickly to work order requests from residents
Ensures that all exterior lighting is operable and change when necessary
Helps in maintaining pool, clubhouse and fitness area
Responds to on-call pager when on rotating schedule
Assists maintenance Team in ensuring the property meets all safety standards and properly maintained
Works with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to provide an excellent community for our residents

Job Requirements:

HVAC certified is preferred
General Maintenance ,plumbing and grounds keeping
Own tools & transportation
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Property maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
