We are specifically looking for technicians with experience in floor care(commercial and residential). Must have experience in the industry and some knowledge over tools of the trade.
-Great customer service
-Communicate with customers and coworkers
- Commercial and Residential carpet cleaning
-Commercial and Residential upholstery cleaning
- Commercial and Residential tile and grout cleaning
- TMU (Truck Mounted Unit) awareness and/or experience
- Experience using rotary scrubbing machines
- Experience in hot water restoration cleaning with extraction
- Experience in low moisture encapsulate cleaning
- Buffing finished hard surfaces
- Strip and Wax hard surfaces
- All applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check
-Must be able to lift 50 pounds as this position requires moving around machinery and equipment
-Willing to train and learn within position
This position is Monday- Friday 7:30am-5:00pm, some weekends or night work may come up as an opportunity to earn over time.
