Hiring: Service Manager
Growing multifamily real estate management and investment firm seeking experienced and motivated candidates for future Dallas acquisitions of luxury Class A communities. The position listed below is available.
Qualifications:
- Direct and coordinate workflow of all maintenance staff.
- Oversees the maintenance and repair work on property.
- Reviews maintenance schedules regularly to ensure prompt service and repair requests are fulfilled.
- Reviews quality of work for service technicians.
- Train maintenance staff to be successful in the role.
- Works with office staff to ensure good communication is maintained between teams.
Successful candidates will possess the following attributes.
- HVAC Certified.
- 3-4 years experience in Service Manager role.
- High level of safety awareness.
- Previous experience with Class A/Luxury product.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
