Position: Industrial Maintenance Manager
Rate of Pay: Up to $120,000 / based on knowledge and performance (Pay for knowledge concept. The more knowledge obtained, and employee is able to demonstrate proficiency in the required skill sets, your pay will increase with each step.)
Sign on Bonus: $5,000 (Payout: $500 at 90 days; $1,500 at 180 days & $3,000 at 365 days)

Shift: (Full-Time) Monday – Friday (Floating weekend coverage and 24/7 for breakdowns)

The Industrial Maintenance Manager position is a hands-on position which supports the plant’s production lines and fleet to ensure equipment is operable and in condition to exceed customer and company expectations for Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Preventative Maintenance, Safe Production and Housekeeping.
This is a hands-on position to include manual labor, climbing, squatting, and lifting.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and fluid power equipment.
- Directs the development and deployment of preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
- Ensures manufacturing processes are capable with respect to quality specifications.
- Maintain records of all preventive and corrective maintenance performed and assure proper data entry into fleet maintenance systems. (Fiix) and work orders
- Maintain and manage inventory and critical parts are on hand and available.
- Schedule work based on routine preventive maintenance inspections and assist with verification and parts inventory to assure we have needed parts on hand.
- Inspects tools.
- Overseeing the maintenance crew to ensure all production and/or fleet equipment is maintained and operating properly.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe, healthy, and productive work environment.
- Assist with hiring, directing, training, scheduling, and developing maintenance staff.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by general manager.
- Troubleshoot and collaborate with other facilities to complete repairs inhouse.
- Effectively communicates with leadership and all employees within the facility, both verbally and in writing throughout the day.
- Maintains knowledge of machinery and tools used, including welding equipment, power tools, pneumatic and electrical work.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and implementation of safety regulations.
- Willingness to lead by setting the example and demonstrate hands on leadership.
- Willingness to support 24/7 manufacturing operation.
- Working knowledge of industry federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
Education/Experience
- Minimum 5 years maintenance experience performing mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment and/or fleet maintenance.
- 2 years Electrical or Mill Wright Experience
- Previous experience in overseeing a maintenance crew to ensure all production and/or fleet equipment is maintained and operating to OEM standards.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all employees in the facility, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of machinery and tools use, including welding equipment and rigging and minor electrical work
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and implementation of safety regulations.
- Willingness to lead by example and demonstrate hands-on leadership.
- Willingness to support 24/6.5 manufacturing operation.
- Understanding of mechanical drive systems
- Experience is leading a maintenance crew.
- General knowledge of industry federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
