We predominantly install roof top solar arrays from 120KW up to 1.5MW on area schools, municiple buildings, businesses, and solar fields. We are looking for driven, eager to learn and progress, individuals to rack, install and wire the panels. Job responsibilities will range from carrying material, installing panels to wiring said panels.
Experience is a plus, but not required. Looking for both Journeyman electrians and apprentices, we can help you get your apprenticeship if needed. Minimal tools needed. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, climb a ladder, work with a team and also be able to complete tasks on your own. Work outdoors for long hours in the sun during any weather. Performace based raises are available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Electrical: 2 years (Preferred)
- Outdoor physical labor: 2 years (Preferred)
- Solar installation: 2 years (Preferred)
