Job Description: Electrical Project Manager (Commercial & Multi-Family)

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects that exceed client expectations while adhering to safety policies and OSHA requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of assigned commercial and multi-family electrical projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Financial Management: Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the project, including all project materials and cost to completes (CTC).
- Pre-Construction: Lead pre-construction meetings to ensure a smooth handoff from estimating to the field team.
- Team Management: Set clear goals and expectations for foremen, providing guidance and support throughout the project.
- Customer Relations: Negotiate and resolve client concerns, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Change Orders: Estimate and manage change orders for assigned projects as needed.
- Project Closeout: Ensure all closeout procedures are completed on time and to the satisfaction of the client.
- Leadership & Coaching: Provide coaching and counseling to foremen, ensuring a productive and cohesive team environment.
- Networking: Build and maintain a professional network within the electrical and construction industries to support business development.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of successful electrical project management experience in commercial and multi-family construction.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in project management software and Procore (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Location: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Phoenix, AZ 85009 before starting work.
Job Type & Schedule:
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
- Work Location: In-person at project sites in Phoenix, AZ.
