Geary Pacific Supply, a distributor of HVAC products, seeks an HVAC Product Manager responsible for product & application training on Daikin brand VRV/Ductless/Mini-Split products.
Salary: $80,000 - 100,000/year, negotiable based on experience

The HVAC Product Manager/Trainer will use their strong technical knowledge of VRV/Ductless products & training skills to collaborate with our regional sales managers, territory sales managers, and customer service representatives on our residential and light commercial VRV and Ductless products through all of our locations in CA, OR, WA, CO, and ID.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage our VRV & Ductless product application training.
- Collaborate with our Regional Sales Managers and Territory Sales Managers to generate business through product application training.
- Ensure every branch consistently meets or exceeds all goals and objectives set for the equipment product group.
- The successful candidate will bring a customer service-focused approach, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and always demonstrate excellent communication and professionalism.
Skills & Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE product knowledge/experience working with VRV/VRF mini-split systems
- MUST HAVE product knowledge/experience working with Daikin brand products
- 3+ years VRV/Ductless product application training experience, specifically to HVAC contractors and Internal/external associates
- Solid understanding of HVAC contractors and their businesses
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Ability and willingness to travel 50-70% of the time domestically
- Willing and able to work in the office when not traveling (no remote)
- Work effectively with minimum supervision
- Organized with a high sense of urgency
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smart Phones, Tablets, etc.
- CRM and ERP proficiency
