Parker & Sons is currently seeking HVAC Sales Manager to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our HVAC Sales Manager will oversee our Comfort Advisors and HVAC Selling techs who act as in-home advisers to consult, design and sell HVAC options to homeowners.

Responsibilities:
What Will You Do?
- Work closely with VP of Sales to plan for and reach sales goals.
- Lead and coach our team of Comfort Consultants & Selling Techs.
- Motivate employees to achieve high levels of performance.
- Regularly increase annual sales to meet or beat targets.
- Design and host sales training classes & conduct weekly training meetings.
- Forecast, track, and report sales metrics.
- Identify growth opportunities and conduct performance reviews.
- Field customer calls and concerns & ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Manage employee schedules.
- Ride alongs in the field.
- On-call weekend rotation.
- Coach employees for skill enhancement and performance improvement through personal experience and shared techniques from other comfort consultants.
- Evaluate training programs and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales trainer to identify relevant training needs.
- Work with Service department, marketing, and retail channels to forecast call volume needs.
- Source, interview, and hire new talent.
- Enforce following company procedures and regulations such as best practices, safety, etc.
Qualifications:

- At least three (3) years of related experience required
- Has exceptional communication skills and should be able to coach, train, and teach in a clear and concise manner.
- Patient and should have the ability to motivate the sales team to achieve high levels of performance.
- Able to answer and solve challenges that the sales team encounters.
- Able to develop innovative ideas to meet the changing training needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Knowledgeable in using a computer, tablet, smart phone, and other work-related technology
- MUST be highly motivated and a self-starter
- Work as part of our team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and to maintain the integrity of our organization’s reputation and culture
- Ability to work flexible schedule, some weekends required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- MUST have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Ability to lift, carry and maneuver a minimum of 25 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
- Work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely
- Must be able to travel
- Constantly operates office machinery, such as a computer, phone, tablet, printer
- Constantly communicates with management team and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information.
- Must be able to work while stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping and/or feeling
