This restoration company is looking for a top producing sales estimator with a book of business to join their team. The Sales Estimator/Project Manager is responsible for acquiring new accounts, providing customer service to existing accounts, and fostering relationships with a diverse range of clients. This role also involves estimating upcoming projects and ensuring that each one is managed professionally from start to finish. The position requires regular communication with customers and crew to ensure project quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively market to and secure new customers, expanding the company’s client base.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, including site visits and inspections of new and ongoing projects.
- Manage ongoing projects and develop estimates for new ones using Xactimate and the company’s internal CRM system.
- Process necessary paperwork and secure signed contracts for new projects.
- Follow up on potential projects and maintain continuous communication with customers, office staff, supervisors, and the labor department.
- Address and resolve customer requests, issues, and complaints, ensuring all projects are completed to satisfaction.
- Schedule and conduct inspections with customers; stay up-to-date with professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, classes, and software training.
- Maintain the necessary certifications for estimating and managing demolition, abatement, and remediation projects.
- Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Must have experience selling property services such as restoration, HVAC, environmental, etc to property managers, businesses, schools or other commercial verticals.
- Must come with a book of business/ client base
- Proven track record of sales
- Xactimate estimating experience
