Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with a background in both residential and light commercial systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, sales experience, and a valid driver's license. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
· Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
· Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues
· Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency
· Provide recommendations for system improvements or replacements
· Assist in sales of HVAC products and services to clients
· Maintain detailed service records and communicate with customers clearly
Requirements:
· 2+ years of experience in residential and light commercial HVAC systems
· Strong sales skills with a customer-focused approach
· Valid driver's license
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
· EPA certification is a plus
