We are looking for a skilled Service Manager to provide technical leadership, ensure the successful execution of projects, and oversee service operations within a fast-paced environment. This position involves overseeing service teams, managing project schedules, coordinating with clients, and handling operational tasks related to mechanical and technical services.

- Technical Support Provide on-site technical guidance and mechanical troubleshooting for service team members, customers, and contractors to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Installation & Project Coordination Plan and execute detailed installation schedules and plans, ensuring that they meet customer expectations, budget constraints, and project timelines. Coordinate equipment and material delivery and unloading.
- Team ManagementDevelop and manage service schedules and crews to ensure the timely completion of all projects, overseeing all stages of the process.
- Pre-Award & Contract Meetings Attend meetings with stakeholders to discuss project requirements, safety protocols, mechanical/electrical needs, and project timelines.
- Collaboration with Sales Work closely with the Sales team to communicate project status and resolve issues that arise during service delivery.
- Sourcing & Procurement Identify and source additional materials or parts required for the completion of projects.
- Employee Performance Manage employee performance, including conducting annual reviews, addressing performance issues, and providing guidance for improvement as necessary.
- Training Deliver product, safety, and soft skills training to technicians to ensure high service quality and safety standards.
- Reporting Submit monthly reports to service operations or corporate teams in compliance with internal guidelines.
- Customer Support Field incoming customer calls and resolve service-related queries.
- Subcontractor Management Review and approve weekly subcontractor payments.
- Inventory Planning Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring that minimum/maximum levels are maintained for project needs.
- Warranty & Claims Handle warranty claims, whether internal or with original equipment manufacturers (OEM).

- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
- Basic proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software (e.g., MS Word, Excel).
- Previous experience in a technical or mechanical service role, particularly within the overhead door or related industries, is highly preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is required, as this role may involve travel using a company vehicle.
