We are seeking a dynamic Commercial HVAC Sales Manager to drive sales growth and lead our client's team to success. As a staffing agency specializing in talent solutions, we are looking for a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales and team leadership within the HVAC sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Manage and lead the sales team, providing mentorship, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company’s market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry partners.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and engineering, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior leadership.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, applications, and the sales process.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and client relationships.
Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
