Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Account Manager to drive sales growth and manage key customer relationships within the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC market. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and expand market presence.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of HVAC products, services, and industry trends to effectively position and sell solutions to clients.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our HVAC solutions.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, engineering, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through post-sale support.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market conditions. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Customer Support: Address any post-sale issues or concerns, coordinating with technical and service teams to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications or training in HVAC is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing accounts.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and market dynamics.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
