We seek an experienced individual with a Texas Class A HVAC contractor license to manage our commercial and residential air conditioning and heating repair, installations, and facility maintenance services. The role involves overseeing bids and proposals and managing existing contracts across various sectors, including commercial, multifamily, hospital, industrial, and data room environments. Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Participate in the hiring, training, and coaching of field staff.
- Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipments
- Oversee and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Provide technical expertise in residential, commercial, multifamily, hospital, industrial, and data room HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to identify HVAC system requirements and recommend solutions.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their HVAC needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure the implementation of best practices.
Qualifications:
- A Texas Class A HVAC contractor license is mandatory.
- Universal EPA certification
- Valid Texas driver's License
- Proven experience managing air conditioning and heating projects in various sectors, including residential, commercial, multifamily, hospital, industrial, and data centers.
- Ability to prepare estimates, bids, and proposals for residential and commercial repair and installation projects
- In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, Chillers, and refrigerations
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and interact with clients.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot HVAC issues, providing innovative solutions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with local and state HVAC codes and regulations.
