Responsibilities:
You will be leading, mentoring, and acting as a partner with your fellow Managers to provide training, scheduling, payroll.
You provide exceptional guest service, lead by example, and have a focus on genuine hospitality and seamless service.
You will be working with the marketing team to determine needed advertising and involvement in the community.
You collaborate with Human Resources to ensure you are keeping staff levels on par and on budget.
You communicate regularly with Human Resources regarding benefits eligibility, disciplinary issues, and other people-related matters, confidentially.
You assist the Kitchen Manager with back-of-the-house staffing needs and you help oversee proper food presentation.
You prepare strategic forecasts and budgets, analyze variances, initiate corrective measures, and monitor financial controls.
You control purchases, inventory, and analyze usage reports. You maintain cost percentages for labor, beverage, and food expenses.
You easily align with our health and safety standards, follow legal and company rules, and work diligently to ensure a safe and happy establishment.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with a progressive history in the service industry with at least 1-2 years in a full-service supervisory/management role.
Guest and service-focused professional that thrives in a high volume atmosphere and is dedicated to serving the best quality product.
Has knowledge of computers, Google Suite, spreadsheets, Aloha/NCR, OpenTable Guest Center.
Works well with others and works well under pressure.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
