Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction projects from start to finish.
Duties
- Manage and lead construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Review project plans and blueprints
- Monitor construction sites regularly to ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
Requirements
- Does not need years of experience in construction management ; Candidate will be trained
- Strong project coordination skills
- Proficiency in Primavera or similar project scheduling software
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
