Position Overview:
We are seeking a Body Shop Manager who can balance production efficiency with strategic sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in body shop operations, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the automotive repair business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily body shop operations, ensuring efficient production workflows and high-quality repair outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with DRP insurance partners, fleet accounts, and retail customers.
- Drive sales growth through proactive customer engagement and strategic business development.
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), including cycle times, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians and staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee the claims process, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, insurance partners, and the repair team.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in body shop management, with expertise in production and sales.
- Knowledge of DRP programs, fleet account management, and retail customer service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in collision repair management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
