As a Color Factory Facilities Manager you'll Preserve a consistent and high-quality guest experience by managing the maintenance and cleanliness of the physical space, overseeing the upkeep of installations to meet high visual standards, and ensuring the operational functionality of the building. You'll also:
Oversee the routine and preventative maintenance of the physical space to ensure everything from structural integrity to the functionality of utilities is maintained to high standards
Manage the care of exhibits and installations to ensure they are always in optimal condition, visually appealing, and functioning as intended
Partner with corporate Operations and external vendors to maintain and optimize the facility and exhibits, ensuring alignment with brand standards and safety regulations
Work with the corporate Experience team to support the installation of new exhibits and refresh existing ones
Oversee and mentor the Facilities team to foster skills and enhance performance, ensuring top-quality maintenance and operational efficiency

To be successful in this role, we recommend these qualifications:
Proven track record in managing physical spaces, preferably in museums, galleries, or similar settings, with an emphasis on maintaining both the integrity and aesthetics of the environment
Knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems to ensure operational functionality and troubleshoot issues effectively
Proficient in hands-on tasks such as painting, basic construction, and general repairs
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including installations and renovations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
A keen eye for detail and an appreciation for the visual and experiential standards required in an art exhibit space, ensuring that the environment always meets high-quality standards
A healthy network of local external contractors to partner with for repairs and upkeep beyond the scope and abilities of the internal Facilities team
