Position Overview:
We are a company dedicated to providing support to both our non-profit clients and our team members. We are currently seeking an energetic and creative individual to join our client-facing team as a Client Account Assistant. In this position, you will be integral to providing exceptional customer interactions and creating a positive experience for our clients and their brand. As the initial point of contact, you will represent our client's brand to the public, acting as an ambassador, while using your problem-solving skills to address customer needs and challenges on a daily basis. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction will be essential to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries on-site at our community events.
- Develop a strong understanding of our clients’ initiatives to effectively engage with customers and support revenue generation.
- Listen attentively to customer feedback, identifying common issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and recommend process improvements with the management team to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences.
- Proactively seek opportunities to drive customer satisfaction and maximize revenue potential.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus!
- Previous experience in customer service or client facing roles is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal relationship building skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of customer inquiries efficiently.
