Position Overview:

We are dedicated to supporting both our non-profit partners and our associates. We are currently looking for an outgoing creative thinker to fill an opening on our Client Relations team! As a Client Relations Trainee, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive and satisfactory experience for our clients and their valued customers. You will serve as the front-line representative, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with various customer-related tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries during our in person community-based events
Develop a deep understanding of our client's initiatives to effectively engage customers and generate revenue for our clients
Actively listen to customer feedback and gather insights on common pain points or areas of improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance the overall experience for customers and maximize revenue generation
Continuously identify and propose process improvements to enhance customer experience, streamline support operations, and increase efficiency.
Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customers.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer inquiries efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,800.00 per month
