What You’ll Do as a Site Manager
- Manage daily property operations.
- Provides a collaborative team environment.
- Accurate and timely cash and balancing receipts, pursues collections, posts payments, and processing of daily bank deposits.
- Target specific customer needs with sales and upselling of high-quality retail merchandise such as boxes, locks, tape, and other moving supplies.
- Drive and maximize sales objectives with each prospective customer via the phone, web, or in person on location.
- Recommends and implements marketing strategies based on competitor information and your own great ideas.
- Identifies customers’ needs and provides solutions that will contribute to their storage experience.
- Responsible for general maintenance of property grounds.
