Facility Manager for ISI Elite Training in Sarasota FL

ISI® Elite Training – Sarasota FL. 1900 Lakewood Ranch Blvd, Unit 110 Sarasota, FL 34240 is currently seeking a high performing Facility Manager (FM) to be a leader for our location in Sarasota Florida.
The Facility Manager will directly oversee the daily business operations, team production and development, consistent delivery of our brand standards, and drive facility membership growth goals.

Responsibilities of a Facility Manager:
● Work collaboratively with the Head Coach, Performance Coaches, and Sales Team to lead and drive facility’s overall effectiveness, growth, and efficiency
● Hold all team members accountable to ISI® Elite Training brand standards
● Maintain a safe, fun, and clean facility
● Execution and management of the ISI® sales process
● Ensuring the proper onboarding of all new ISI® members
● Responsible for making sure your facility has an elite and consistent member experience
● Manage and participate in events including marketing events
● Motivate Sales Associates and Coaches in achieving membership sales goals for the facility
● Provide clear direction and leadership for the facility and all team members
● Responsible for the hiring, onboarding, training, and the management of all facility staff
● Plan and execute the studio’s daily, weekly, and monthly membership goals
● Own facility growth and retention KPI reporting, ensuring it is getting updated on a daily
basis.
At ISI® Elite Training, you will lead the operation and success of a high energy facility, and build relationships with members and the community to help maintain and build a strong member base.
You will be responsible for making sure the member experience is first class and always consistent.
What we look for (requirements) in a Facility Manager:
● A fitness-minded professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a sales
Quota environment or as a manager of fitness facility
● Interested in further development of your professional skills sets- sales, marketing, lead
generation, social media, building and retaining members, growing a business
● Professionalism, and basic computer skills
● Practice positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
● Resourceful and able to execute a plan of action
● Can perform, lead, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
● Have the flexibility to workdays, nights and weekends, as needed
● Can commit to participating in 2 ISI® Sarasota Florida workouts per week and attend all relevant ISI® training programs.
● Love helping members achieve their goals and can lead a first-class member experience
● Demonstrate the desire to lead employees and motivate teams to achieve goals
● Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
