We seek a highly motivated and experienced General Manager in the fast-casual restaurant industry to oversee our restaurant's daily operations. The successful candidate will manage and lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, achieve sales and profitability goals, and maintain high-quality food standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Ensure the restaurant is properly staffed and employees are trained to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure proper stock levels.
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food standards are met and maintained.
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and all company policies and procedures.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the fast-casual restaurant industry.
- Drive thru- Experience in a fast causal restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and the ability to manage a team.
- Flexibility to work, mornings, nights and weekends as required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
